time to comment...

this is one of my more treasured pieces... this has a lot of hindu influences and many symbolism in this... i am reading different sources and some say this is a female goddess and some say shiva is a god, ( i will do more research to be sure ) but what has be consistent is that this is the god(es) of destruction ( the symbol on the right arm. this god(es) has power over the animal kingdom ( the snake on the left arm ) both the necklace and the lotus is the symbol of beauty..... the symbol inside the sun is called the "ohm" ( some call it the aum or am ) but this is the sound of the infinite, the beginning and the end. before time there was a sound.... ohm... that sound created the heavens and earth...

I love her arms, very majestic and otherworldy image. You also tied in many aspects of hinduism very well.
